Is there a mobile version of the Gamfi People Platform?

The Gamfi People Platform supports PWA (Progressive Web App) technology, so it can look and behave like a mobile app. Users can add such an app to the main screen of their smartphone (as a shortcut).

The main advantage of such a solution is the so-called seamless installation, i.e. the ability to  download the Gamfi People Platform directly from the website without the need to have an account and download it from the App Store or Google Play.

PWA technology also provides a better experience when using the Gamfi People Platform than it does when using websites.

How do you install the Gamfi People Platform on your smartphone?

Depending on your device, you can add a shortcut (App icon) to the desktop of your screen.

For iOS devices (iPhone), you should:

  1. Launch the Safari browser and type in the address of your Gamfi People Platform (e.g. gamfipeopleplatformname.gamfi.io)
  2. Click the middle icon located on the bottom bar (square with an arrow pointing upwards)
  3. Slide the screen to "To start screen." and select this option
  4. Click on the "Add" button to confirm.

For Android devices, you should:

  1. Launch the Chrome browser and enter the address of your Gamfi People Platform (e.g. gamfipeopleplatformname.gamfi.io)
  2. Open the browser menu (click on the "three dots")
  3. Select "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Click on the "Add" button to confirm.
