  1. Platform (Gamfi Platform) - This IT system allows you to create workflows in the Admin Panel. Workflows are created based on prepared Actions. These, in turn, are published to the User as part of a running Process in the Employee Portal.
  2. User - This is an Administrator, Employee, Manager, or other person involved in a Process in Gamfi.
  3. User Account - This is a collection of resources and settings created for a User in Gamfi. It contains information (including Personal Data) about a given User and permissions within the scope appropriate to the access level granted to that User. Each Account is individual, and access is granted only to a single, named User.
  4. Administrator - This is the user with the most extensive level of permissions in Gamfi, in particular the ability to manage the permissions of other Users (including assigning, changing, and revoking), creating Workflows, launching Processes, and generating reports.
  5. Administrator Panel - This is the management center for the Gamfi Platform, a part of the Platform shared with Administrators. The admin panel is used, in particular, to manage Users, create and modify Workflows, launch Processes, create and modify Roles, configure Platform settings, and generate reports.
  6. Employee - This is a type of User, the subject of the launched Process.
  7. Employee Portal - This is a part of the Gamfi Platform shared with Users, where Actions (i.e., tasks to be completed), contact information, and key materials are published as part of the launched Process.
  8. Workflow - This is a Process template (e.g., onboarding). It consists of a sequence of Actions prepared on the Gamfi Platform, time-defined and assigned to a specific Role. Workflow is the foundation of Processes launched on the Platform.
  9. Workflow Category - This is a feature of the Workflow that influences its operation, particularly the terminology used on the Platform. You can choose from the available categories: Talent & Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning & Development.
  10. Action - This is a single activity in the Workflow, assigned to a specific Role in the Process. Each Action is characterized by its type, recipient, content, and delivery time. There are 10 types of Actions available in Gamfi: Email, SMS, Stories, Page, Video, Form, Knowledge Check, Document and Data Transfer.
  11. Role - This is a function in Gamfi that allows you to specify the recipient of an Action in a Workflow, including a specific User. The customer can define Roles in Gamfi themselves. The number of Roles that can be created is unlimited, unless otherwise specified in the Order.
  12. Process - This is triggered based on a Workflow. It is a set of Actions assigned to a User. To trigger a Process, you must specify the User and all required parameters. Actions in a Process are generated according to a planned sequence defined in the Workflow.
  13. Reports - Gamfi allows reports to be generated by both Administrators in the Administration Panel and users assigned to roles in ongoing Processes.
