You can check the status of execution of individual Actions in the Process after entering the Process by the selected Employee.
After reloading the screen, you will get a complete list of Actions within the Process (note that the order of the Actions is according to the settings in Workflow) and their status.
What do the statuses of each Action mean?
Each Action can have one of 4 statuses:
- Completed Action - is an Action that was completed automatically (e.g., sending an email) or performed by an Employee / Manager (e.g., a completed task in the Employee Portal).
- Shared Action - is an Action that has been made available in the Employee Portal (e.g. to an Employee or Manager).
- Scheduled Action - is an Action that will be made available in the future (e.g., as a task in the Portal or executed as a message sending), according to the date set in Workflow and "1st day".
- Overdue Action - is an Action that has been made available, but not executed by the Employee/Manager by the specified date (according to the settings in Workflow).
All actions on the list are accompanied by additional information:
- date and time of release of the Action
- date and time of execution of the Action
- the number of days informing about the delay in the execution of the Action
- scheduled date and time of release of the Action
- assigned Role to Action (Employee / Manager).
☝🏻 Remember that you can also download a report on the execution of individual Actions for a given Process - just by being in a given Process, select the "Download Report" option - the Panel will generate and download to your computer an .xlsx (Microsoft Excel) file with a list of all Actions from that Process, along with data on their execution status.
In the document you will find the following data about the Action:
- Scheduled date - the planned delivery date of the Process Action (when it will be delivered),
- Delivered date - the date of the delivered Process Action (when it was delivered),
- Completed date - the date of the completed Process Action (when it was executed),
- Status - the status of the Action: scheduled (scheduled), delivered (delivered), completed (completed),
- Action name - the name of the Process Action,
- Action type - the type of Process Action (e.g., task, email),
- Action owner - who (name and surname) is assigned to the Process Action (who will perform it),
- Owner role - what Process Role the person assigned to the Action plays (e.g., employee, manager, buddy),
- Employee Process - whose Process the Action applies to (e.g., John Smith can hold the Manager Role and perform Process Actions for Paweł Nowak, who is an employee),
- Workflow (name) - Name of the Workflow from which the Action originates,
- Workflow (category) - the Workflow category from which the Action originates (e.g., Onboarding, Pre-onboarding, Offboarding, New Role),
- Process ID - the unique Process ID in the Application.
