[Reports in Admin Panel](https://gamfi.support/help/reports?hsLang=en#reports-in-admin-panel) # How to check status of individual Actions in the Process? ## You can check the status of execution of individual Actions in the Process after entering the Process by the selected Employee. After reloading the screen, you will get a complete list of Actions within the Process (note that the order of the Actions is according to the settings in Workflow) and their status.  ![](https://academy.gamfi.io/image/workflows/page/02d76bdb7e5a1ee7_Zrzutekranu2026-04-22o13.36.59.png) ![](https://academy.gamfi.io/image/workflows/page/150a85d2e8061f7f_pasek_G_2.png) What do the statuses of each Action mean? #### Each Action can have one of 4 statuses: - **Completed Action** - is an Action that was completed automatically (e.g., sending an email) or performed by an Employee / Manager (e.g., a completed task in the Employee Portal). - **Shared Action** - is an Action that has been made available in the Employee Portal (e.g. to an Employee or Manager). - **Scheduled Action** - is an Action that will be made available in the future (e.g., as a task in the Portal or executed as a message sending), according to the date set in Workflow and "1st day". - **Overdue Action** - is an Action that has been made available, but not executed by the Employee/Manager by the specified date (according to the settings in Workflow). #### ![](https://academy.gamfi.io/image/workflows/page/150a85d2e8061f7f_pasek_G_2.png) #### All actions on the list are accompanied by additional information: - date and time of release of the Action - date and time of execution of the Action - the number of days informing about the delay in the execution of the Action - scheduled date and time of release of the Action - assigned Role to Action (Employee / Manager). Remember! You can also download a report on the execution of individual Actions for a given Process. Once completed, you will find it in the "Analytics" \> "Reports" section. ![](https://academy.gamfi.io/image/workflows/page/5f74da6625e0b793_Zrzutekranu2026-04-22o13.16.00.png) Once you see the "Ready to download" status in the "Analytics" \> "Reports" tab, you can begin analysis. The report can be downloaded in XLSX or CSV format.
