Below we show you step by step what order you can work in when preparing your Gamfi.

Define the workflow categories you want to run. You can choose from: - Talent & Onboarding, - Learning & Development, - Offboarding. |
Define Categories and Locations: - User Categories (category name and options, which take the form of predefined lists, e.g., the "Employment Basis" category, and within each category, options: Employment Contract, Contract of mandate, B2B, and Internship. The names and options are entirely up to the client – we can create any categories that determine differences in the process flow, thus appropriately targeting content at the next stage); - Locations (exact addresses of headquarters, branches, points of sale, etc., if they impact the process flow). |

Define all Roles involved in the processes, except the employee —the entity for whom the process is being initiated. These may include: manager, buddy, HRBP, HR, IT Support, health and safety coordinator, compliance trainer, etc. |
Prepare workflow content, i.e., specific tasks and notifications. Gamfi allows us to create: - Email and SMS messages, - Pages and Stories, conveying information and knowledge, which can include texts, presentations in .pdf format, graphics in .jpg or .png format, gifs in .gif format, documents in .pdf format, and videos linked to YouTube or Vimeo, - Knowledge checks, i.e., classic quizzes that ask questions based on the information provided, - Forms used not only to verify moods, but also, for example, in the process of selecting equipment or a welcome pack, and collecting HR data, - Documents and data transfer, which allow you to share information securely, - Video, which allows you to add and share informational or instructional video materials. |

Configure the target workflow, i.e., we connect all content to specific processes, days, and hours, and assign it to roles. |
