The names and options are entirely up to the client – ​​we can create any categories that determine differences in the process flow, thus appropriately targeting content at the next stage); \- Locations (exact addresses of headquarters, branches, points of sale, etc., if they impact the process flow). | ### 👈🏻 Step 2. | | ### Step 3. 👉🏻 | **Define all Roles involved in the processes, except the employee** —the entity for whom the process is being initiated.
