How to save the information provided to users in the Process for the future?

Decide which Actions of type Stories or Page are to be saved in the so-called Knowledge Base - the section in the User Portal located above the Contacts tab.

In Actions of type Stories or Page, you can indicate that the Action is added to the Knowledge base when it is released. This configuration creates a new ‘Knowledge Base’ box in the User Portal, into which the released actions marked in the configuration fall. Once the action is executed in the Portal, the action disappears from the to-do list, but remains until the end of the Process in the ‘Knowledge Base’ box and the User can always return to it.

Note: the ‘Knowledge Base’ section is only displayed to those Users who receive at least one Action configured in the Process to behave in the Knowledge Base.
