How do you create a knowledge base repository?

The Knowledge Base is a central hub in Gamfi for all materials that users can access—from their very first day in the app through to the completion of their onboarding, training, or offboarding journeys.

⚪️ You can create catalogs and place materials added to the Knowledge Base repository into them—the "drag and drop" mechanism works here:

- the document opens in the user portal in a separate window, where it can be downloaded or enlarged


Documents attached to an action open directly from within the process, so the user does not have to leave the task currently being performed.
