A process is a set of activities that are carried out over a finite period of time and successive phases of which usually lead to a specific result (e.g., effective, efficient onboarding of a new employee into the organization).
The process can consist of many different types of activities (called Actions) and should include different personae (e.g., Employee, Manager) and last for a certain period of time (e.g., 30, 60 or 90 days).
Each started Process works on the basis of a previously prepared Workflow, or Process template. Learn more here.
The running Process in the Gamfi Application must have:
- selected Workflow (Process template)
- designated new employee affected by the Process
- date of employment of the new employee, which is the reference point
- Manager assigned to the Process
