In Gamfi you get a tool that will allow you to create templates for any Processes taking place in your organization, such as preboarding, onboarding, reboarding or training Processes.
The Gamfi application is based on automatic task streams and notifications that start on their own on the basis of defined criteria.
Workflow is a series of Actions (notifications, tasks, trainings or forms) defined in the system, started according to an agreed schedule and assigned to different Roles involved in the Process.
Once defined Workflow (e.g. covering preboarding or positiona onboarding) can be used repeatedly in the onboarding of many different employees. You can create Workflow on your own from scratch or using ready-made templates available in the Application.
In this way, you can create any Process template in your organization, which you can then use when launching a Process for an Employee.
Within Gamfi, you can create any number of Workflows to use for different Processes in your organization (e.g., Workflow for onboarding Process of production workers or remote workers, training for Managers or offboarding).
Workflow preparation is necessary to start the Process.
