How to add a new Administrator?

If you want to grant Administrator permissions to another person from your team, you can do so in the Admin Panel. To do this, log into the Admin Panel and go to the "Employees" section.

Select the employee to whom you want to grant Administrator rights and then go to the "Settings" tab. In the "Permissions" section, activate the switch next to "Administrator". That's it!

✅ Administrator has access to the entire Panel, can manage employees, create and modify Workflowy, launch and track the status of Processes.

If you want to give permission only to start Processes (without Administrator permissions), check: "Process Creator".

The Process Creator can only see the Overview, People and Processes tab in the Panel.
