If you want to grant the User access to the Application Administration Panel, you can manage administrative rights in the User Account Settings.
Go to the "People" tab and select the employee (or add a new one) to whom you want to give rights to the Administration Panel. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab and indicate the appropriate level of rights.
- Administrator - the broadest administrative scope, including:
- Overview tab
- Processes tab - can run, modify and monitor all Processes in the Application
- People tab - can add new Employees, change their master data, assign Companies, Categories and Locations and grant permissions
- Workflows tab - can create new and modify current workflows, make changes to workflows, modify Actions and manage workflows (archive or restore from archive).
- Settings tab - can manage Roles, Locations, Companies, Categories, Business Sequences and Custom Fields in the Application.
⚠️ The Administrator view in the Administration Panel can be restricted by assigning pre-configured Companies. Read more about this here.
- Process creator - narrower scope of authority, limited to:
- Overview tab
- Processes tabs - can start, modify and monitor all Processes in the Application
- Tab Employees - may add new Employees, change their basic data, assign Companies, Categories and Locations and grant rights
⚠️ The Process creator view in the Administration Panel can be restricted by assigning pre-configured Companies. Read more about this here.
- File Manager - an additional permission, accompanying the Administrator or Process Creator, which enables the downloading of Files placed by Users in the Custom Fields of Forms in their Processes.
- Active - an account that can log into the application. Applies to both Administrators and Users using the User Portal.
- Exclude from Reports - the User account does not appear in reports generated in the Administration Panel. If the User participates in Processes as a Role - all these Processes are also hidden in the report.
- Hide User in the application - the User does not appear in the drop-down lists of Users both in the Administration Panel (e.g. as a user to whom we start a Process or whom we want to assign to a Role) and in the User Portal (if we want to assign the User to a Role).
