How to change users data or permissions?

You can change a user's data or access rights at any time. To do this, go to the Admin Panel and locate the employee in the "People" tab.

Select from the list the user whose data you want to edit .

In the next step you will reach the "Settings" tab, where you can change data and grant/revoke permissions to the Application for the selected user.

Confirm the made changes with the "Save" button. If you grant or revoke permissions, the changes will be saved automatically. Learn how to grant Administrator privileges here.

Being in the edit account, you can assign the appropriate categories (previously configured) and options to a given employee. To do this, click on [+] next to "Categories", select the category you are interested in and then assign one (or many) options. You can do the same for locations.

The categories and locations thus assigned can serve in Processes as Snippets or conditions for attaching Actions to a Process. Read more about Categories and Locations.
