In the Admin Panel, you can track the process running for a given employee. All Actions scheduled in the Process for that employee and other Roles are visible, along with their statuses.
If an employee is in the middle of a Process, in the "Progress" tab you will see a list of all Actions with indications of who the Action is prepared for (colored icon with initial) and the status of its execution.
Statuses can be as follows:
What can we read from the following fragment of the process?
- The "First Day Welcome" email campaign was sent to the Employee on May 31, 2025, at 4:10 PM;
- the "How was your first day?" campaign was delivered to the Employee on May 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM, but has not yet been completed;
- the "How did you like being a Buddy?" campaign will be delivered to the Buddy on June 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

Here you can:
- assign people to specific roles in the process or change the assignment;
- change the first day date - if appropriate;
- "Pause" the process - for example, if an employee goes on vacation or leave of absence and you don't want actions to be released to process participants during their absence;
- Paused process - can be resumed;
- "Cancel" the process - for example, if an employee resigns. This operation cannot be undone.
- Download a Process Progress Report for a given employee.
What data does the Processes report contain?
- Planned Action release date

- Information about any missed Action execution deadline
- Action execution status
- Action name

- Role to which the Action is assigned
- Information about the employee for whom this process is intended
