Create your own report with selected data - decide what information from User account and/or Process you want to download.
Do you need a single report that includes both data from User accounts and data from running Processes? No problem! Use the ‘Custom report’.How to download a custom report?
Go to the ‘Processes’ tab and on the right-hand side above the list of Processes select ‘Download report’ ➡️ ‘Custom report’.
A window will appear where you can select which categories of data you want to download.
In the basic data you can indicate
- The user's first and last name
- User's e-mail address
- The name of the workflow on the basis of which the user has started the process
- Category of workflow
- Process ID
You can filter the report by:
- Process creation date
- The key date of the process
and select the range you are interested in from the calendar.
In the Results field you can include:
- Action delivery status
- Progress
- Overall progress
You can also include selected Roles participating in the Process - the report will then include both the data of the people assigned to these Roles and their progress in the Processes.
In addition, you can export:
- Categories assigned to the user
- Locations assigned to the user
- Selected custom fields, completed in the form (from a drop-down list, based on the Custom Fields created in the application)
In the report, you can eliminate Actions based on email and text message communication.
When you click ‘Generate’, the report will be exported as an .xlsx file - indicate where on your drive you want to save it.
Can I save the report settings for future reference so that I can download it periodically in the same form?
Yes! In the window where you indicate the data to be downloaded, in the first field enter the name of the report under which it will be saved as a template.
At the bottom, turn on the switch ‘ Save as new template’.
The next time you download a custom report, you will have the option of selecting it from the drop-down list in the first field AND downloading the established data.
