However, you have the option to engage other Roles. It can be for example Manager, Buddy, HRBP, IT Support, Onboarding Coordinator, etc. ![](https://academy.gamfi.io/image/workflows/page/cc025e69ffc1e1e1_Zrzutekranu2026-04-16o15.42.39.png) You can use the configured Roles when building Workflows when you designate the recipients of an Action (e.g. tasks or messages). This means that you can assign an Action to a specific Role. ☝🏻 **Remember** that in the Workflow settings you need to indicate the Roles to be in it.
