The primary Role in the Gamfi Application is always the Employee - the user to whom you run the Process. However, you have the option to engage other Roles. It can be for example Manager, Buddy, HRBP, IT Support, Onboarding Coordinator, etc.

However, you have the option to engage other Roles, which you can add without limit in the Settings → Roles tab. It can be for example Manager, Buddy, HRBP, IT Support, Onboarding Coordinator, Health and Safety Trainer, Administration or Human Resources, etc.
You can use the configured Roles when building Workflows when you designate the recipients of an Action (e.g. tasks or messages). This means that you can assign an Action to a specific Role.
Remember that in the Workflow settings you need to indicate the Roles to be in it. You can read more about it here.
